Key Responsibilities

  • Consolidate all FP&A activities from various business units into a central function
  • Create and deploy standardized budgeting and forecasting protocols
  • Build complex financial models to support long-term decision making and scenario testing
  • Generate monthly performance packs that provide actionable insights to the executive team
  • Partner with commercial and project teams to improve financial transparency
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) across the organization

Essential

  • Fully qualified accountant status (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA)
  • Extensive background in FP&A within project-centric industries such as infrastructure, engineering, or construction
  • Demonstrated history of refining or establishing financial planning processes in decentralized organizations
  • Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and quantitative analysis
  • Immediate or short-notice availability for a contract start

Preferred

  • Experience working within a private equity-backed business environment
  • Prior experience in a £100m+ turnover organization
