Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all technology infrastructure and IT operations across the health system
- Develop and execute a multi-year technology innovation roadmap
- Lead the integration of technology standards following the Risant Health merger
- Establish and test comprehensive business continuity and disaster recovery protocols
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure strict adherence to service level agreements
- Mentor and upskill the IT leadership team to foster internal talent growth
Essential
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Healthcare Administration, or Business
- Extensive experience in IT infrastructure and operations management
- Proven track record in executive leadership within a complex health system
- Experience managing large-scale technology budgets and vendor SLAs
- Demonstrated ability in business continuity and disaster recovery planning
Preferred
- Master’s degree in a related field (MBA, MHA, or MS)
- Experience with health system mergers and integrations
- Background in value-based care technology environments
- Experience with Kaiser Permanente or Risant Health frameworks
