Key Responsibilities
- Direct the shared services department including AP, AR, and GL functions
- Lead the month-end and year-end consolidation and closing processes
- Act as the primary liaison for external auditors and tax advisors
- Design and implement scalable internal controls and accounting policies
- Manage corporate treasury, cash flow, and expense trend analysis
- Drive digital transformation and automation within the finance department
Essential
- Active CPA certification
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive accounting and leadership experience
- Ability to work on-site Monday through Friday in Grand Rapids
- Deep expertise in GAAP and consolidated financial reporting
- Proven track record in managing internal controls and audit readiness
Preferred
- Experience in the manufacturing sector
- Background managing multi-entity corporate structures
