You will be the primary legal voice for liquid restaking and crypto-integrated payment products.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead legal reviews for non-custodial protocol features and Visa-powered spend cards
- Draft and negotiate complex commercial agreements including MOUs, LOIs, and vendor MSAs
- Manage user-facing terms and risk disclosures in compliance with global financial regulations
- Oversee day-to-day employment legalities, including contractor agreements and immigration issues
Essential
- 4–5 years of Post-Qualified Experience (PQE)
- Background in a high-growth fintech company or a top-tier technology/crypto law firm practice
- Deep understanding of on-chain mechanics and block explorers
- Ability to differentiate between liquid staking and traditional financial deposits for regulatory purposes
- Proficiency in drafting and negotiating partner integrations, MSAs, and liquidity provider agreements
- Knowledge of SEC, CFTC, and MiCA regulatory frameworks
Preferred
- Experience with L2 migrations and slashing risk mitigation
- Previous experience as a fractional or part-time legal consultant for high-growth startups
- Familiarity with immigration law and international contractor management
