Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure all course content meets strict accessibility and quality benchmarks

Essential

  • Master's degree in a relevant field with 2 years of professional experience OR Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 4 years of professional experience
  • Ability to develop and implement instructional design plans and timelines
  • Proficiency in aligning learning objectives with assessments
  • Experience with course management system features and online teaching tools
  • Capability to manage quality assurance and course review processes

Preferred

  • Prior experience working in a higher education environment
  • Direct experience collaborating with faculty members
  • Previous teaching experience, particularly at the university level
  • Technical familiarity with Canvas, HTML, and CSS
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office and PowerPoint for instructional use
