Key Responsibilities
- Consult with faculty to design online, hybrid, and blended course structures
- Guide the creation of instructional materials, including PowerPoint templates and studio recording scripts
- Build and test digital examinations and coordinate with proctoring services

- Ensure all course content meets strict accessibility and quality benchmarks
Essential
- Master's degree in a relevant field with 2 years of professional experience OR Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 4 years of professional experience
- Ability to develop and implement instructional design plans and timelines
- Proficiency in aligning learning objectives with assessments
- Experience with course management system features and online teaching tools
- Capability to manage quality assurance and course review processes
Preferred
- Prior experience working in a higher education environment
- Direct experience collaborating with faculty members
- Previous teaching experience, particularly at the university level
- Technical familiarity with Canvas, HTML, and CSS
