Own and drive the product strategy for the TeamViewer One platform
Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers and Owners
Develop AI and automation strategies to enhance the core value proposition
Make critical 'Build, Buy, or Partner' recommendations to accelerate growth
Collaborate with marketing and sales on commercial alignment and GTM
Direct product backlogs, testing phases, and final release decisions

Essential

Extensive experience in Product Management leadership roles
Proven track record in managing complex software platforms or SaaS products
Deep understanding of IT operations, specifically RMM, UEM, or DEX
Experience leading and developing teams of Product Managers and Product Owners
Ability to define and execute long-term product roadmaps and business cases
Strong commercial acumen with experience in go-to-market strategy
Experience reporting to and influencing Senior Leadership/C-suite executives

Preferred

Background in AI-powered software solutions or automation technologies
Experience with 'Build, Buy, & Partner' evaluations and M&A integration
