Senior Manager, Mergers and Acquisitions / Corporate Development

This is a pivotal M&A role within a global medical technology leader, requiring a rare blend of high-level strategic thinking and 'in-the-weeds' financial modeling expertise. The position is unique because it lacks a dedicated analyst layer, meaning the Senior Manager maintains full ownership of the technical valuation work. It is an ideal bridge for investment bankers looking to move in-house while retaining a high volume of deal flow.
