Key Responsibilities

• Constructing and stress-testing detailed operating and financial models for potential acquisitions
• Leading cross-functional teams through the entire due diligence lifecycle
• Collaborating with business unit leaders to define and execute M&A strategies
• Conducting industry and competitive research to identify and vet potential targets
• Managing relationships with external investment banks, law firms, and accounting advisors

Essential

• Minimum of five years of professional experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or corporate development
• Direct, hands-on experience building and managing complex financial models for M&A
• Proven ability to lead due diligence processes from planning through executive review
• Experience developing investment theses and operating models to test business assumptions
• Ability to manage and motivate diverse deal teams including internal staff and external consultants

Preferred

• Experience in both investment banking and corporate development environments
• Background in the medical technology or healthcare industry
• Advanced proficiency in merger consequence and investment return analysis
