Key Responsibilities

- Manage the post-sales lifecycle including onboarding, health checks, and renewals

- Develop and maintain long-term strategic partnerships with key stakeholders
Essential
- Proven experience in a post-sales customer success or account management role
- Ability to act as a trusted advisor to corporate and government clients
- Strong proficiency in driving product adoption and measurable customer outcomes
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Fluency in German and English
