Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to define and document functional software requirements
- Execute the technical installation and configuration of warehouse control solutions
- Lead testing phases to ensure system stability and scalability
- Provide on-site or remote support and training during the critical go-live window
- Conduct post-implementation workshops to optimize site performance
- Support the Customer Success team with complex technical troubleshooting
Essential
- Ability to analyze and document complex warehouse processes and software integration needs
- Hands-on experience with software installation, configuration, and systems integration
- Proven track record in creating and executing rigorous technical test plans
- Experience providing direct client training and support during production go-live phases
- Willingness to contribute to internal quality assurance and project delivery standards
Preferred
- Experience with AutoStore or similar automated storage and retrieval systems (ASRS)
- Background in logistics, supply chain management, or warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Experience facilitating optimization workshops for existing client sites
