Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute a comprehensive L&D strategy aligned with corporate values
- Oversee all corporate training including technical, compliance, and leadership tracks
- Establish and monitor KPIs to measure the ROI of learning initiatives
- Partner with HR to integrate learning into performance management frameworks
- Lead and mentor a team of learning professionals and instructional designers
Essential
- Proven experience in a senior L&D or Talent Management leadership role
- Deep understanding of adult learning principles and modern instructional design
- Ability to translate complex business needs into effective training programs
- Experience managing departmental budgets and resource allocation
- Strong background in conducting organizational needs assessments
- Proficiency in managing and implementing Learning Management Systems (LMS)
Preferred
- Experience building a Learning and Development department from the ground up
- Background in leadership coaching and executive development
- Familiarity with e-learning platform curation and digital content strategy
