Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute a comprehensive L&D strategy aligned with corporate values
  • Oversee all corporate training including technical, compliance, and leadership tracks
  • Establish and monitor KPIs to measure the ROI of learning initiatives
  • Partner with HR to integrate learning into performance management frameworks
  • Lead and mentor a team of learning professionals and instructional designers

Essential

  • Proven experience in a senior L&D or Talent Management leadership role
  • Deep understanding of adult learning principles and modern instructional design
  • Ability to translate complex business needs into effective training programs
  • Experience managing departmental budgets and resource allocation
  • Strong background in conducting organizational needs assessments
  • Proficiency in managing and implementing Learning Management Systems (LMS)

Preferred

  • Experience building a Learning and Development department from the ground up
  • Background in leadership coaching and executive development
  • Familiarity with e-learning platform curation and digital content strategy
