  • Design and execute a comprehensive grants strategy aligned with long-term organizational goals
  • Maintain and expand the annual grants calendar and proposal pipeline
  • Synthesize program outcomes and data into persuasive cases for support
  • Ensure rigorous compliance and reporting for all government and corporate awards
  • Cultivate and steward relationships with foundation program officers and stakeholders

Essential

  • Must reside in the Greater Washington, D.C. Metro Region
  • Proven track record of securing six-figure+ government and foundation grants
  • Demonstrated success in major gift procurement
  • Expertise in the full grant lifecycle from prospecting to post-award compliance
  • Ability to work a 35-hour work week in a hybrid capacity
  • Mastery of program evaluation and budget principles

Preferred

  • Residence in Northern Virginia
  • Experience developing 'Theory of Change' models
  • Advanced experience in synthesizing program data for impact narratives
