- Design and execute a comprehensive grants strategy aligned with long-term organizational goals
- Maintain and expand the annual grants calendar and proposal pipeline
- Synthesize program outcomes and data into persuasive cases for support
- Ensure rigorous compliance and reporting for all government and corporate awards
- Cultivate and steward relationships with foundation program officers and stakeholders
Essential
- Must reside in the Greater Washington, D.C. Metro Region
- Proven track record of securing six-figure+ government and foundation grants
- Demonstrated success in major gift procurement
- Expertise in the full grant lifecycle from prospecting to post-award compliance
- Ability to work a 35-hour work week in a hybrid capacity
- Mastery of program evaluation and budget principles
Preferred
- Residence in Northern Virginia
- Experience developing 'Theory of Change' models
- Advanced experience in synthesizing program data for impact narratives
