Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement training programs for university-wide services including AI and cloud tools
  • Consult with university stakeholders to identify and evaluate specific learning gaps
  • Develop and maintain accessible training materials and documentation
  • Facilitate 'train-the-trainer' sessions for campus managers and supervisors
  • Measure and report on the long-term effectiveness of learning initiatives

Essential

  • Ability to translate complex technical topics for non-technical audiences
  • Proficiency in instructional design methodologies for online and in-person environments
  • Experience conducting organizational needs assessments
