Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement training programs for university-wide services including AI and cloud tools
- Consult with university stakeholders to identify and evaluate specific learning gaps
- Develop and maintain accessible training materials and documentation
- Facilitate 'train-the-trainer' sessions for campus managers and supervisors
- Measure and report on the long-term effectiveness of learning initiatives
Essential
- Ability to translate complex technical topics for non-technical audiences
- Proficiency in instructional design methodologies for online and in-person environments
- Experience conducting organizational needs assessments
- Demonstrated cultural awareness and inclusive communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and deadlines
