  • Ability to travel approximately 50% throughout the Western region
  • Expertise in lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Proficiency in project management and operations software systems
  • Deep understanding of OSHA standards and roadway safety regulations

Preferred

  • Experience in roadway safety or heavy civil construction
  • Background in managing multi-regional operations
  • Demonstrated success in scaling business units
