Key Responsibilities
- Directing regional operations teams and field crews for roadway safety projects
- Managing the PMO to optimize scheduling, budgeting, and resource flow
- Owning operational budgets and driving real-time financial accountability
- Implementing lean processes to improve scalability and efficiency
- Mentoring emerging leaders and ensuring workforce agility
- Collaborating with Sales, Engineering, and Safety departments
Essential
- Proven track record in operational leadership and field execution
- Strong financial acumen including P&L management and margin oversight
- Experience leading Project Management Office (PMO) functions
- Ability to travel approximately 50% throughout the Western region
- Expertise in lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies
- Proficiency in project management and operations software systems
- Deep understanding of OSHA standards and roadway safety regulations
Preferred
- Experience in roadway safety or heavy civil construction
- Background in managing multi-regional operations
- Demonstrated success in scaling business units
