Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and monitor market trends and competitor activities in the energy space
  • Source new opportunities by building networks with developers, investors, and bankers
  • Lead the evaluation and execution of acquisitions, partnerships, and strategic investments

  • Prepare and present investment recommendations to senior leadership and the Board

Essential

  • 8 to 12+ years of professional experience in M&A, corporate development, investment banking, or private equity
  • Proven track record of executing transactions within the energy, utilities, or infrastructure sectors
  • Advanced expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and scenario analysis
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing external advisory firms
