Key Responsibilities
- Identify and monitor market trends and competitor activities in the energy space
- Source new opportunities by building networks with developers, investors, and bankers
- Lead the evaluation and execution of acquisitions, partnerships, and strategic investments

- Prepare and present investment recommendations to senior leadership and the Board
Essential
- 8 to 12+ years of professional experience in M&A, corporate development, investment banking, or private equity
- Proven track record of executing transactions within the energy, utilities, or infrastructure sectors
- Advanced expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and scenario analysis
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing external advisory firms
- Strong business judgment and analytical rigor
