Key Responsibilities
- Design and maintain scalable data products and BI-ready datasets
- Automate self-service analytics and common ad hoc reporting requests
- Develop predictive models to anticipate equipment and quality issues
- Surface trends and risks through proactive KPI reporting
- Collaborate with R&D and Operations to ensure data traceability
Essential
- Ability to work on-site in Durham, NC at least 60% of the work week (24 hours minimum)
- Experience building and supporting real-time monitoring tools and executive-level dashboards
- Proven track record in implementing process monitoring systems like Statistical Process Control (SPC)
- Expertise in defining and governing KPIs for throughput, quality, and compliance
- Experience in data cleansing and analysis within high-throughput production environments
- Ability to provide rapid data extracts and tailored analyses for functional teams
Preferred
- Experience in healthcare, biotechnology, or clinical laboratory environments
- Familiarity with Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) data structures
- Background in partnering with Data Science teams for model deployment and integration
