Key Responsibilities
- Negotiate and draft MSAs, SOWs, and complex SaaS customer agreements
- Lead privacy advisory for EMEA, including GDPR compliance and DPIA assessments
- Develop and refine legal templates, playbooks, and fallback positions
- Partner with Product and Security teams to ensure privacy-by-design in new features
- Manage legal intake and improve internal workflows for the Revenue Ops and Sales teams
Essential
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited U.S. law school
- Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- Minimum of 5 years post-JD legal experience
- Significant experience in SaaS commercial contracting with a focus on sales-side negotiations
- Deep understanding of European privacy frameworks including GDPR and UK GDPR
- Must be located within a European time zone
- Full professional fluency in English
- Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and maintain responsiveness
Preferred
- Based in Ireland or the United Kingdom
- Experience working across diverse cultures and time zones
- Background in supporting Go-To-Market (GTM) programs and product launches
