Lead approximately 5 international SaaS acquisitions per year from inception to close
Architect and implement an AI-driven legal tech stack for due diligence and contract management
Manage a $100M debt facility and ensure ongoing covenant compliance
Oversee global HR compliance and equity programs for a 400-person team
Optimize outside counsel spend by using AI to verify and audit legal work

Essential

Juris Doctor (JD) or Master of Laws (LLM) degree
6–10 years of experience in M&A or Private Equity at a top-tier firm
Proven ability to lead the entire M&A lifecycle including SPAs and closing
Experience managing debt facilities and lender relations
Deep understanding of cross-border legal and tax implications (US/EU)
Ability to manage global compliance for FTEs and contractors across multiple countries

Preferred

Experience with SaaS-specific legal challenges and contract structures
Familiarity with OECD/Pillar Two and European tax changes
Background in building or implementing no-code legal workflows
Experience managing Stock Appreciation Rights (SARs) programs
