Key Responsibilities
- Conduct 36 hours of patient-facing video visits per week
- Manage a dedicated panel of virtual primary care patients
- Supervise and mentor other APPs, including conducting annual performance reviews
- Partner with operations management to provide clinical leadership for the virtual clinic
- Ensure high-quality clinical outcomes and adherence to UCHealth standards
Essential
- Current, unrestricted license to practice as an Advanced Practice Provider in Colorado
- Must reside within the state of Colorado
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in a primary care setting
- Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies (for PA applicants)
- National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) certification (for PA applicants)
- Unrestricted DEA permit for prescribing all standard medications
- Eligibility for Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement
- No sanctions or exclusions from HHS/OIG or GSA lists
- U.S. work authorization without visa sponsorship
Preferred
- Previous experience with virtual health or telemedicine platforms
- Demonstrated leadership or mentorship experience in a clinical setting
- Familiarity with integrated behavioral health models
