Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term strategic vision for the campus
- Manage relationships with the City and County of Denver and other founding partners
- Oversee the operational budget and ensure diverse revenue streams
- Act as the primary spokesperson for the organization to media and government
- Drive community engagement and ensure equitable development for local neighborhoods
Essential
- Proven track record of executive leadership in complex, high-visibility organizations
- Experience managing large-scale public-private partnerships (P3)
- Demonstrated ability to lead strategic planning and organizational growth
- Strong financial acumen and experience with multi-million dollar budgets
- Exceptional public speaking and advocacy skills for diverse stakeholder groups
Preferred
- Experience in urban development, large-scale venue management, or agricultural sectors
