  • Define and execute the long-term strategic vision for the campus
  • Manage relationships with the City and County of Denver and other founding partners
  • Oversee the operational budget and ensure diverse revenue streams
  • Act as the primary spokesperson for the organization to media and government
  • Drive community engagement and ensure equitable development for local neighborhoods

Essential

  • Proven track record of executive leadership in complex, high-visibility organizations
  • Experience managing large-scale public-private partnerships (P3)
  • Demonstrated ability to lead strategic planning and organizational growth
  • Strong financial acumen and experience with multi-million dollar budgets
  • Exceptional public speaking and advocacy skills for diverse stakeholder groups

Preferred

  • Experience in urban development, large-scale venue management, or agricultural sectors
