Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, safe, and cost-effective nursing care to emergency and trauma patients
- Coordinate total patient care by integrating family needs and clinical requirements
- Adhere to rigorous safety, infection control, and risk management standards
- Manage patient flow and discharge planning to ensure optimum levels of care
Essential
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Florida
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- American Heart Association Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
- PALS certification (must be obtained within one year of hire)
- Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) certification (must be obtained within six months of hire)
- TNCC certification (must be obtained within 18 months of hire)
Preferred
- Two years of experience specifically within an Emergency Room setting
- Hazmat certification
