Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary legal resource for IT and IP across Tenet, Conifer, and USPI
- Act as a core member of the IS Leadership Team for strategic planning
- Lead legal investigations and responses for cybersecurity incidents
- Oversee the enterprise intellectual property portfolio including licensing and filings
- Provide legal guardrails and contractual protections for AI products and services
- Manage a team of attorneys and international paralegal staff
Essential
- Minimum of 15 years of experience as a practicing attorney
- Active legal license in the state of Texas
- Extensive experience in technology contracting and negotiations
- Ability to work on-site at the corporate headquarters in Dallas
- Proven leadership experience managing legal teams and paralegals
Preferred
