Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the long-term digital and data strategy for the organization
• Serve as the principal advisor to the Board on technology investments and cyber risk
• Establish governance frameworks for data ethics, security, and interoperability
• Lead a multidisciplinary workforce to deliver modern, secure digital services
• Engage with external stakeholders and government to shape sector-wide technology policy

Essential

• Proven senior leadership experience in a complex organizational setting
• Experience advising CEOs and Boards on technology-enabled change and information risk
• Track record of managing significant operational and capital budgets
• Expertise in setting enterprise-wide standards for architecture, data, and security
• Experience in cyber resilience and incident governance
• Ability to represent an organization at a national level with government and cross-sector partners

Preferred

• Experience within the agricultural, public sector, or statutory body environments
• Background in leading large-scale digital transformation projects
• Knowledge of ethical data stewardship and information risk management
