Key Responsibilities
- Directly manage and coach a team of Enterprise and Strategic Account Executives
- Develop and execute 90-day investment and revenue growth plans
- Design territory structures, individual quotas, and capacity requirements
- Maintain accurate revenue forecasts and report on GTM program success
- Build and maintain C-level relationships with key customers and partners
Essential
- Proven leadership experience in high-growth enterprise software sales
- Deep expertise in the Data, AI, Cloud, or SaaS sectors within the Danish market
- Consistent track record of exceeding sales targets in high-growth tech environments
- Strong background in methodology-based coaching, specifically MEDDPIC and Challenger Sale
- Experience navigating value-based sales cycles with both IT and business C-suite stakeholders
- Fluency in English
Preferred
- Existing executive-level relationship network within major Nordic enterprises
- Strong understanding of the regional partner ecosystem to accelerate strategic growth
- Experience managing consumption-based and commitment-based revenue models
