Key Responsibilities

  • Directly manage and coach a team of Enterprise and Strategic Account Executives
  • Develop and execute 90-day investment and revenue growth plans
  • Design territory structures, individual quotas, and capacity requirements
  • Maintain accurate revenue forecasts and report on GTM program success
  • Build and maintain C-level relationships with key customers and partners

Essential

  • Proven leadership experience in high-growth enterprise software sales
  • Deep expertise in the Data, AI, Cloud, or SaaS sectors within the Danish market
  • Consistent track record of exceeding sales targets in high-growth tech environments
  • Strong background in methodology-based coaching, specifically MEDDPIC and Challenger Sale
  • Experience navigating value-based sales cycles with both IT and business C-suite stakeholders
  • Fluency in English

Preferred

  • Existing executive-level relationship network within major Nordic enterprises
  • Strong understanding of the regional partner ecosystem to accelerate strategic growth
  • Experience managing consumption-based and commitment-based revenue models
