Key Responsibilities

• Advise senior leadership on enterprise strategy and operational priorities based on data findings
• Map and analyze the end-to-end patient lifecycle to improve adherence and retention
• Oversee advanced data science initiatives including predictive modeling and experimentation
• Develop and govern the organization's key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting standards
• Build and mentor a culture of data-driven decision making across cross-functional teams

Essential

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Finance, Business, Engineering, or a related quantitative field
• Proven experience leading high-performing analytics and data science teams
• Expertise in translating complex analytical findings for executive-level audiences
• Deep understanding of patient and consumer journey mapping
• Experience establishing scalable data models and self-service BI infrastructure

Preferred

• Master’s degree in Business (MBA) or a specialized technical field
• Prior experience in healthcare analytics or pharmaceutical services
• Experience in a high-growth startup or digital health environment
