Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a territory-wide business plan to exceed sales targets
- Educate healthcare professionals on disease state awareness and product clinical data
- Coordinate internal matrix teams including MSLs and Market Access to support accounts
- Identify and resolve barriers to patient access and reimbursement
- Build long-term partnerships with KOLs and local medical communities
Essential
- Ability to travel across the assigned territory (East Columbus, Canton, Zanesville, and Northwest West Virginia)
- Proven track record in pharmaceutical or biotech account management
- Experience navigating complex healthcare delivery settings including IDNs and academic institutions
- Adherence to strict corporate and industry ethical compliance guidelines
- Ability to manage a territory budget effectively
Preferred
- Experience in rare disease or specialty therapeutics
- Established relationships with regional Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
- Experience working with infusion centers and specialty clinics
