Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of technical and management proposals in response to RFPs, RFQs, and Sources Sought notices
• Collaborate with Business Development to create and implement capture plans for the government market
• Assist potential customers and agencies with the identification and submission of federal grant applications
• Maintain and update the internal library of proposal assets, forms, and historical data
• Support Program Managers by tracking action items and organizing project documentation for Integrated Project Teams

Essential

• Minimum of five years of professional experience in bid management, proposal development, or technical writing
• Proven ability to lead technical and business proposals for U.S. contract opportunities
• Experience coordinating proposal schedules and managing multi-functional content creation
• Expertise in writing and editing for clarity, uniformity, and professional readability
• Ability to ensure strict adherence to U.S. Government formatting and contractual requirements
• Proficiency in maintaining proposal libraries, templates, and compliance matrices

Preferred

• In-depth knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS)
• Familiarity with the Defense Acquisition process (DoD 5000)
• Understanding of various contract structures including FFP, CP, T&M, and IDIQ
• Experience with the full procurement lifecycle from inception to closeout
