Key Responsibilities

• Lead and expand the Content Creation team through recruitment and professional development
• Direct the production of audio devotionals and inductive Bible study materials
• Curate and repurpose archival sermon content for modern distribution channels
• Serve as the final authority on content quality, theological accuracy, and brand consistency
• Collaborate with Digital and Communications teams to maximize content reach
• Monitor and implement guidelines for AI usage within content workflows

Essential

• Proven ability to manage and lead a multi-disciplinary content creation team
• Deep commitment to theological soundness and biblical clarity
• Expertise in final-stage editorial review, including grammar, style, and brand alignment
• Experience in multi-channel content distribution (audio, video, and print)
• Ability to develop and track departmental KPIs and strategic goals
• Competency in managing complex project timelines and interdepartmental collaborations

Preferred

• Experience in Christian ministry or non-profit media environments
• Familiarity with the teaching style and ministry of Alistair Begg
• Knowledge of modern content storage systems and digital asset management
• Understanding of AI trends and their practical applications in media workflows
