Key Responsibilities
- Leading and coordinating departmental projects and policy initiatives under Director guidance
- Managing and updating internal databases to ensure data integrity
- Creating scorecards to track and report on project progress and discrepancies
- Handling administrative logistics for meetings, including scheduling and outcome documentation
- Overseeing trainee schedules and essential visa paperwork for international researchers
Essential
- Associate's Degree with two years of administrative or customer service experience, OR a High School Diploma/GED with four years of experience, OR a Bachelor’s Degree
- Proficiency with computer systems and standard office software applications
- Ability to remain in a stationary position for long periods and operate office equipment
- Ability to travel across the hospital system campus
- Effective communication skills for exchanging accurate information
- Adherence to personal protective equipment protocols and standard precautions
Preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience working within a healthcare or medical research organization
