Key Responsibilities

  • Leading and coordinating departmental projects and policy initiatives under Director guidance
  • Managing and updating internal databases to ensure data integrity
  • Creating scorecards to track and report on project progress and discrepancies
  • Handling administrative logistics for meetings, including scheduling and outcome documentation
  • Overseeing trainee schedules and essential visa paperwork for international researchers

Essential

  • Associate's Degree with two years of administrative or customer service experience, OR a High School Diploma/GED with four years of experience, OR a Bachelor’s Degree
  • Proficiency with computer systems and standard office software applications
  • Ability to remain in a stationary position for long periods and operate office equipment
  • Ability to travel across the hospital system campus
  • Effective communication skills for exchanging accurate information
  • Adherence to personal protective equipment protocols and standard precautions

Preferred

  • Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Prior experience working within a healthcare or medical research organization
