Key Responsibilities
- Achieve and surpass annual sales objectives through strategic territory planning
- Educate physicians and healthcare staff on TEPEZZA and associated disease states
- Coordinate with internal matrix teams to resolve reimbursement and access hurdles
- Maintain accurate and timely reporting of territory activities to leadership
- Foster long-term partnerships with key medical stakeholders
Essential
- Ability to develop and execute comprehensive territory business plans
- Experience in promoting pharmaceutical products within strict legal and regulatory guidelines
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding corporate sales targets
- Capability to manage complex account issues including access and reimbursement
- Willingness to travel across the assigned territory (Cleveland, Akron, Canton, Youngstown, and Erie, PA)
Preferred
- Experience in Rare Disease or Endocrinology markets
- Previous experience in a matrixed team environment
- Strong existing relationships with healthcare professionals in the Ohio/Pennsylvania region
