Key Responsibilities
- Identify and resolve customer savings opportunities through data review
- Manage and audit consumption data to ensure contractual compliance
- Develop and maintain internal reporting dashboards and performance tools
- Collaborate with technical and account teams to meet stakeholder SLAs
- Support the onboarding of new clients and operational efficiency projects
Essential
- Proven ability to review and interpret sector-level data trends
- Experience in identifying and tracking customer savings opportunities
- Capability to conduct consumption audits and account reviews
- Strong administrative skills for maintaining high-quality system data
- Ability to handle inbound professional communications via phone and email
- Competency in managing market transactions and contractual data requirements
Preferred
