Key Responsibilities
- Translate national commercial strategy into actionable weekly and monthly field objectives
- Lead and mentor a team of Territory Account Managers and external sales agencies
- Maintain rigorous accuracy in Salesforce for all pipeline and activity reporting
- Conduct monthly and quarterly revenue forecasting and implement gap-closure strategies
- Partner with Finance and Operations to ensure inventory levels align with sales forecasts
Essential
- Proven track record in regional sales leadership within the industrial or safety sectors
- Experience managing a hybrid sales model including direct reports and external manufacturer rep agencies
- Expertise in implementing structured sales operating rhythms and pipeline management
- Ability to drive sales through both distribution channels and direct end-user engagement
- Proficiency in using Salesforce as a primary tool for forecasting and activity tracking
- Willingness to travel extensively across the Western United States
Preferred
- Residency in Kansas City or St. Louis, Missouri, or a central location between the Midwest and West Coast
- Deep technical knowledge of Fall Protection, PPE, or industrial tool categories
- Experience in S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) and inventory alignment
