Key Responsibilities

  • Translate national commercial strategy into actionable weekly and monthly field objectives
  • Lead and mentor a team of Territory Account Managers and external sales agencies
  • Maintain rigorous accuracy in Salesforce for all pipeline and activity reporting
  • Conduct monthly and quarterly revenue forecasting and implement gap-closure strategies
  • Partner with Finance and Operations to ensure inventory levels align with sales forecasts

Essential

  • Proven track record in regional sales leadership within the industrial or safety sectors
  • Experience managing a hybrid sales model including direct reports and external manufacturer rep agencies
  • Expertise in implementing structured sales operating rhythms and pipeline management
  • Ability to drive sales through both distribution channels and direct end-user engagement
  • Proficiency in using Salesforce as a primary tool for forecasting and activity tracking
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the Western United States

Preferred

  • Residency in Kansas City or St. Louis, Missouri, or a central location between the Midwest and West Coast
  • Deep technical knowledge of Fall Protection, PPE, or industrial tool categories
  • Experience in S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) and inventory alignment
