Key Responsibilities
- Direct the quarterly eNPS process and implement actionable strategies to boost retention
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding
- Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and complex multi-state tax requirements
- Partner with department heads to align team workloads with professional growth and revenue targets
- Coordinate company-wide travel, lodging, and logistics for major team events
- Supervise internal HR and recruiting staff to ensure high standards of speed and accuracy
Essential
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in People Operations or Human Resources
- Proven track record in a leadership or management capacity within HR
- Experience managing multi-state tax compliance and payroll operations
- Expertise in modernizing performance review cycles and data-driven feedback loops
- Ability to link HR metrics and labor costs directly to P&L and company revenue
- Experience overseeing recruitment functions and reducing time-to-hire metrics
Preferred
- Experience in a high-growth technology or travel-related startup environment
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS and automated workflow tools
- Background in managing outsourced IT partnerships and equipment logistics
