Key Responsibilities

  • Direct the quarterly eNPS process and implement actionable strategies to boost retention
  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding
  • Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and complex multi-state tax requirements
  • Partner with department heads to align team workloads with professional growth and revenue targets
  • Coordinate company-wide travel, lodging, and logistics for major team events
  • Supervise internal HR and recruiting staff to ensure high standards of speed and accuracy

Essential

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in People Operations or Human Resources
  • Proven track record in a leadership or management capacity within HR
  • Experience managing multi-state tax compliance and payroll operations
  • Expertise in modernizing performance review cycles and data-driven feedback loops
  • Ability to link HR metrics and labor costs directly to P&L and company revenue
  • Experience overseeing recruitment functions and reducing time-to-hire metrics
