Key Responsibilities
- Directly manage and elevate the Group Account Director team
- Own the P&L for the entire client portfolio and drive organic revenue
- Partner with the executive team to lead and win high-stakes new business pitches
- Serve as the executive sponsor and strategic advisor for key client accounts
- Ensure seamless integration of Strategy, Creative, Media, and CRM services
- Recruit and mentor the next generation of account leadership
Essential
- Minimum of 15 years in agency account leadership or senior client-side marketing roles
- Proven track record of managing P&L and exceeding revenue targets
- Extensive experience leading multidisciplinary teams across Creative, Media, Social, and CRM
- Ability to act as a business consultant to C-suite executives (CMOs and CFOs)
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
Preferred
- Master of Business Administration (MBA)
- Experience in an independent agency environment
- Experience working with both mid-market and Fortune 500 brands
