Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee comprehensive cost and change control processes
  • Review and negotiate change orders and perform delay analysis
  • Enforce rigorous tracking of all project documentation including submittals and RFIs
  • Develop and maintain weekly project schedules to ensure budget compliance
  • Manage subcontractor and vendor invoices, payments, and lien releases

Essential

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in heavy civil project management
  • Proven ability to manage multiple construction projects simultaneously
  • Experience with heavy highway project leadership
  • Proficiency in cost and change control management
  • Expertise in delay analysis and document tracking (RFIs, submittals, lien releases)
  • Ability to work under the direction of a Senior Project Manager

Preferred

  • Experience with HCSS scheduling software
  • Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus given the diverse workforce
  • Local knowledge of Colorado infrastructure and environmental regulations
