Key Responsibilities
- Oversee comprehensive cost and change control processes
- Review and negotiate change orders and perform delay analysis
- Enforce rigorous tracking of all project documentation including submittals and RFIs
- Develop and maintain weekly project schedules to ensure budget compliance
- Manage subcontractor and vendor invoices, payments, and lien releases
Essential
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in heavy civil project management
- Proven ability to manage multiple construction projects simultaneously
- Experience with heavy highway project leadership
- Proficiency in cost and change control management
- Expertise in delay analysis and document tracking (RFIs, submittals, lien releases)
- Ability to work under the direction of a Senior Project Manager
Preferred
- Experience with HCSS scheduling software
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus given the diverse workforce
- Local knowledge of Colorado infrastructure and environmental regulations
