Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and prioritize strategic growth opportunities in generics and established brands
  • Build and maintain a U.S. deal pipeline that fills portfolio gaps and meets revenue goals
  • Monitor market trends, pricing dynamics, and FDA developments to inform priorities
  • Lead due diligence processes across multiple internal departments
  • Cultivate and sustain relationships with external development partners and specialty firms
  • Align U.S. business development activities with global corporate strategy

Essential

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
  • Minimum of 6 to 10+ years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Proven track record in identifying and prioritizing generic and complex generic opportunities
  • Experience managing a robust deal pipeline aligned with commercial revenue targets
  • Ability to coordinate complex diligence workstreams across Legal, Finance, Regulatory, and Supply Chain
  • Expertise in presenting business cases to executive leadership and governance committees

Preferred

  • Master’s degree (MBA or related) preferred
  • Deep understanding of mature brands near Loss of Exclusivity (LOE)
  • Established network within pharmaceutical and specialty development firms
