Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the overarching research agenda for complex healthcare projects
  • Translate user insights into strategic product and business recommendations
  • Build and scale research frameworks and best practices across the organization
  • Earn trust and influence decision-making among product and engineering leadership
  • Lead small teams of researchers during consulting-style client engagements

Essential

  • Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in UX research
  • Proven track record of influencing product strategy and business direction through research
  • Mastery of both generative and evaluative research methodologies
  • Expertise in both qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis
  • Experience designing and managing multi-phase, long-term research programs
  • Ability to lead consulting-style engagements and manage client stakeholder relationships
  • Experience working within embedded teams alongside product and engineering partners

Preferred

  • Direct experience with clinical workflows, payer systems, or care delivery
  • Background in highly regulated industries such as healthcare, finance, or government
  • Experience managing small teams of UX professionals
  • Familiarity with complex enterprise software ecosystems
