- End-to-end ownership of research projects from methodology selection to execution
- Translating raw user data into nuanced insights that drive product strategy

- Contributing to the growth of the internal research practice and operations
Essential
- 3 to 6 years of professional experience in UX research
- Proven ability to lead research studies independently from initial planning to final synthesis
- Expertise in qualitative research methodologies
- Experience working within embedded, collaborative product teams in-house or at an agency
- Ability to navigate and provide structure to ambiguous project briefs
- Experience conducting research for high-stakes, high-complexity systems
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings to PMs, engineers, and executives
- Familiarity with research operations including recruitment, consent, and repository management
Preferred
- Direct experience with clinical workflows, payer systems, or healthcare delivery
- Background in healthcare, regulated industries, or complex enterprise domains
- Experience with SaaS product development
- Knowledge of quantitative and mixed-methods research approaches
