Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the strategy for HubSpot’s Data & Context platform
- Lead and mentor a group of Product Managers across Data Foundations and Query Access teams
- Oversee the transformation of unstructured signals into usable AI context
- Partner with UX and Engineering to build scalable, developer-friendly data systems
- Guide product concepts from initial ideation to global market launch
Essential
- Proven track record as a visionary product leader with success in defining strategic roadmaps
- Experience solving complex customer problems through technical product solutions
- Ability to work autonomously and lead teams with a focus on psychological safety
- Experience managing and growing a team of Product Managers
- Background in building foundational data systems, APIs, or metadata structures
- Experience with SQL, query frameworks, or event-driven data pipelines
Preferred
- Experience in the CRM or B2B SaaS industry
- Background in AI/ML product management or building context layers for AI agents
- Experience managing unstructured data pipelines (conversations, signals, intent)
