- Oversee clinical program implementation and performance within assigned units
- Lead quality improvement initiatives to meet organizational and provincial goals
- Mentor and coach nursing staff to enhance professional growth and engagement
- Collaborate with the Director of Care on risk management and incident investigations
- Engage with residents and families to improve satisfaction and care outcomes
Essential
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing with the provincial regulatory body
- Proven leadership experience in a clinical or long-term care setting
- Deep understanding of clinical programs and resident-centered care models
- Ability to manage assigned program areas in compliance with legislative standards
- Experience in risk identification and mitigation strategies
Preferred
- Experience with Accreditation standards and processes
- Background in quality improvement and data-driven clinical outcomes
- Previous experience in a unionized healthcare environment
