Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee clinical program implementation and performance within assigned units
  • Lead quality improvement initiatives to meet organizational and provincial goals
  • Mentor and coach nursing staff to enhance professional growth and engagement

  • Engage with residents and families to improve satisfaction and care outcomes

Essential

  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing with the provincial regulatory body
  • Proven leadership experience in a clinical or long-term care setting
  • Deep understanding of clinical programs and resident-centered care models
  • Ability to manage assigned program areas in compliance with legislative standards
  • Experience in risk identification and mitigation strategies

Preferred

  • Experience with Accreditation standards and processes
  • Background in quality improvement and data-driven clinical outcomes
  • Previous experience in a unionized healthcare environment
