Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic legal counsel to executive leadership on risk and governance
- Draft and negotiate complex customer and vendor agreements to support GTM efforts
- Ensure product development aligns with privacy-by-design and secure-by-design principles
- Lead legal incident response and regulatory communications during security events
- Advise the People Success team on domestic and international labor laws
- Support corporate transactions including M&A and financing rounds
Essential
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited institution
- Active admission to practice law in good standing
- Minimum of 5 years of legal practice experience
- Substantial in-house experience within the technology or cybersecurity sectors
- Deep understanding of global data protection and cybersecurity regulations
- Proven ability to manage high-stakes legal matters in a rapid-growth environment
Preferred
- Experience navigating government contracts and public sector procurement
- Background in managing international legal operations and expansion
- Experience with M&A and corporate financing transactions
