Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic legal counsel to executive leadership on risk and governance
  • Draft and negotiate complex customer and vendor agreements to support GTM efforts
  • Ensure product development aligns with privacy-by-design and secure-by-design principles
  • Lead legal incident response and regulatory communications during security events
  • Advise the People Success team on domestic and international labor laws
  • Support corporate transactions including M&A and financing rounds

Essential

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited institution
  • Active admission to practice law in good standing
  • Minimum of 5 years of legal practice experience
  • Substantial in-house experience within the technology or cybersecurity sectors
  • Deep understanding of global data protection and cybersecurity regulations
  • Proven ability to manage high-stakes legal matters in a rapid-growth environment

Preferred

  • Experience navigating government contracts and public sector procurement
  • Background in managing international legal operations and expansion
  • Experience with M&A and corporate financing transactions
