- Automate operational workflows to reduce manual toil and human error
Essential
- Extensive background in supporting production-grade systems in SRE or operations roles
- Deep understanding of reliability engineering fundamentals and root-cause analysis
- Proven track record in incident management and operational refinement
- Experience managing production services within cloud-based environments
- Professional-level proficiency in written and spoken English
- Willingness to work on-site in a collaborative office environment
