Key Responsibilities

  • Evolve and maintain the global Compensation and Benefits strategy
  • Lead and develop a team of 3-4 HR and payroll specialists
  • Manage a personnel budget between €2M and €3M
  • Ensure full compliance with evolving Belgian social legislation
  • Oversee the end-to-end payroll cycle and external vendor performance
  • Provide long-term resource forecasting for the strategic roadmap

Essential

  • Deep mastery of total rewards and compensation strategy
  • Extensive knowledge of Belgian social legislation and labor laws
  • Proven experience in resource planning and financial forecasting
  • Experience managing a specialized team of HR professionals
  • Ability to oversee complex payroll processes and vendor relationships
  • Fluency in English (the working language of the Secretariat)

Preferred

  • Experience working within an international or European association context
  • Advanced proficiency in HRIS and financial modeling tools
  • Strong background in change management for HR systems
