Key Responsibilities
- Evolve and maintain the global Compensation and Benefits strategy
- Lead and develop a team of 3-4 HR and payroll specialists
- Manage a personnel budget between €2M and €3M
- Ensure full compliance with evolving Belgian social legislation
- Oversee the end-to-end payroll cycle and external vendor performance
- Provide long-term resource forecasting for the strategic roadmap
Essential
- Deep mastery of total rewards and compensation strategy
- Extensive knowledge of Belgian social legislation and labor laws
- Proven experience in resource planning and financial forecasting
- Experience managing a specialized team of HR professionals
- Ability to oversee complex payroll processes and vendor relationships
- Fluency in English (the working language of the Secretariat)
Preferred
- Experience working within an international or European association context
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS and financial modeling tools
- Strong background in change management for HR systems
