Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and refine replenishment schedules and planning parameters like lead times and reorder points
  • Conduct variance analysis between actual consumption and forecasted demand to adjust strategies
  • Monitor and report on inventory health metrics including excess, aging, and critical spare levels
  • Coordinate with engineering teams to assess the supply chain impact of technical changes
  • Build and maintain performance dashboards to track supplier delivery and replenishment KPIs

Essential

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Data Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in supply chain planning, inventory management, or demand analysis
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation
  • Hands-on experience with ERP and MRP systems
  • Proven ability to interpret large, complex datasets and provide strategic recommendations

Preferred

  • Extensive experience with SAP software
  • Background in spare parts, aftermarket services, or distribution-heavy environments
  • Familiarity with Engineering Change Order (ECO) and Engineering Change Notice (ECN) workflows
  • Experience managing End-of-Life (EOL) product planning
  • Knowledge of advanced inventory methodologies such as ABC/XYZ analysis and demand segmentation
  • ASCM or APICS certifications (CPIM or CSCP) or active pursuit of these credentials
  • Experience using data visualization tools like Power BI
