Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for all building visitors and phone/email inquiries
  • Manage class check-ins, attendance counts, and registration for youth programs
  • Enforce facility policies and community agreements through the lens of company values
  • Coordinate with facilities and security teams regarding maintenance and safety incidents
  • Provide data and feedback to management to improve the overall customer experience

Essential

  • Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in a relevant industry
  • At least 1 year of administrative or office support experience
  • Availability for a mandatory weekly team meeting on Tuesday or Wednesday afternoons
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekdays and weekends
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Willingness to obtain Fireguard (F-03) Certification within 3 months of hire
  • Commitment to maintaining annual First Aid and CPR/AED certifications

Preferred

  • Prior experience using MindBody or Active network software
  • Familiarity with Zendesk for customer support ticketing
  • Knowledge of EMS (Event Management Systems)
  • Background or interest in the performing arts or dance community
