Key Responsibilities
- Lead the internal finance engine and ensure reporting accuracy and commercial relevance
- Act as the Finance and Legal representative within the VP leadership cohort
- Support the CFO in fundraising, M&A, and analytical due diligence
- Drive the adoption of AI and automation to improve financial insights
- Manage global operations across multiple jurisdictions including tax and payroll
Essential
- Proven leadership experience in a high-growth or international business environment
- Ability to translate executive-level strategy into actionable cross-functional plans
- Expertise in preparing investor-grade and board-level reporting packages
- Experience overseeing global finance operations including tax, payroll, and AP
- Strong background in working capital management and cash flow optimization
Preferred
- Experience in the re-commerce or circular economy sector
- Previous involvement in fundraising cycles or M&A due diligence
- Track record of implementing AI and automation within finance workflows
