Key Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain comprehensive hard-copy and digital project folders
  • Prepare and submit municipal permit applications for remodeling projects
  • Verify accuracy of material and labor orders and forecast delivery schedules
  • Manage the collection of labor payments, change orders, and material costs
  • Facilitate weekly progress updates between design teams and customers
  • Review and approve subcontractor invoices for the accounting department
  • Coordinate logistics for material deliveries and service calls

Essential

  • 3+ years of experience in sales administration or project management
  • Proven track record supporting high-volume sales or construction teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a team setting
  • Experience with contract billing and subcontractor invoice processing
  • Strong capability to manage multiple timelines and deadlines simultaneously

Preferred
