Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the holistic influencer and affiliate strategy for the Wayfair brand
- Mentor and coach a team of marketing professionals to drive innovative omni-channel content
- Refine measurement frameworks to attribute long-term revenue to brand-building activities
- Nurture and expand relationships with major publishers and media partners
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align channel objectives with broader company goals
Essential
- Minimum of 9 years of professional experience in content, commerce, affiliate, or influencer marketing
- At least 3 years of direct people management and team leadership experience
- Proven track record in CPG, Retail, or consumer-facing e-commerce sectors
- Deep expertise in managing influencer marketing and affiliate marketing channels
- Strong analytical foundation with the ability to measure success beyond surface-level metrics like impressions
- Experience managing P&L and strategic roadmaps for marketing channels
Preferred
- Experience on both the agency/client-side and platform-side of digital marketing
- Advanced understanding of attribution modeling for brand-building campaigns
- Established network within the publisher and influencer ecosystem
