Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the holistic influencer and affiliate strategy for the Wayfair brand
  • Mentor and coach a team of marketing professionals to drive innovative omni-channel content
  • Refine measurement frameworks to attribute long-term revenue to brand-building activities
  • Nurture and expand relationships with major publishers and media partners
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align channel objectives with broader company goals

Essential

  • Minimum of 9 years of professional experience in content, commerce, affiliate, or influencer marketing
  • At least 3 years of direct people management and team leadership experience
  • Proven track record in CPG, Retail, or consumer-facing e-commerce sectors
  • Deep expertise in managing influencer marketing and affiliate marketing channels
  • Strong analytical foundation with the ability to measure success beyond surface-level metrics like impressions
  • Experience managing P&L and strategic roadmaps for marketing channels

Preferred

  • Experience on both the agency/client-side and platform-side of digital marketing
  • Advanced understanding of attribution modeling for brand-building campaigns
