Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive people strategy aligned with global business goals
  • Lead recruiting efforts across technical, go-to-market, and business functions
  • Coach and mentor managers to improve leadership consistency and capability
  • Oversee all people operations, including compliance, fairness, and scalability
  • Champion the company's core values and foster a culture of high performance

Essential

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in People Operations or HR leadership
  • Proven track record in high-growth technology or startup environments
  • Experience scaling an organization from approximately 50 to 300+ employees
  • Demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition strategy and employer branding
  • Experience designing and implementing performance management and compensation programs
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence C-suite leadership

Preferred
