Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive people strategy aligned with global business goals
- Lead recruiting efforts across technical, go-to-market, and business functions
- Coach and mentor managers to improve leadership consistency and capability
- Oversee all people operations, including compliance, fairness, and scalability
- Champion the company's core values and foster a culture of high performance
Essential
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in People Operations or HR leadership
- Proven track record in high-growth technology or startup environments
- Experience scaling an organization from approximately 50 to 300+ employees
- Demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition strategy and employer branding
- Experience designing and implementing performance management and compensation programs
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence C-suite leadership
Preferred
