Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the global Customer Success strategy and operational framework
  • Lead, hire, and mentor a high-performing team of Customer Success Managers
  • Monitor and optimize key performance indicators related to churn, health scores, and ROI
  • Partner with Sales and Product teams to align customer feedback with the product roadmap
  • Manage the commercial aspects of the customer base, including renewals and expansion revenue

Essential

  • Minimum of 8 years of professional experience
  • Proven track record of building and scaling customer success departments within a SaaS or technology environment
  • Experience managing the full customer lifecycle including onboarding, retention, and expansion
  • Ability to serve as a trusted advisor to executive-level stakeholders
  • Strong background in financial or analytical software products

Preferred

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA)
  • Advanced degree in Finance
  • Experience in a high-growth startup environment
