Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the global Customer Success strategy and operational framework
- Lead, hire, and mentor a high-performing team of Customer Success Managers
- Monitor and optimize key performance indicators related to churn, health scores, and ROI
- Partner with Sales and Product teams to align customer feedback with the product roadmap
- Manage the commercial aspects of the customer base, including renewals and expansion revenue
Essential
- Minimum of 8 years of professional experience
- Proven track record of building and scaling customer success departments within a SaaS or technology environment
- Experience managing the full customer lifecycle including onboarding, retention, and expansion
- Ability to serve as a trusted advisor to executive-level stakeholders
- Strong background in financial or analytical software products
Preferred
- Master of Business Administration (MBA)
- Advanced degree in Finance
- Experience in a high-growth startup environment
