Essential
- Proven experience leading engineering organizations of 50+ people
- Ability to define and execute a comprehensive AI and machine learning strategy
- Experience managing Engineering P&L and partnering with finance teams
- Track record of leading code modernization and technical debt reduction
- Strong background in cross-functional leadership at the executive level
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of engineering craft and excellence
Preferred
- Experience working within a Certified B Corporation or mission-driven company
